Marc López Gastaldo's studio has carried out the PUNTANEGRA project, based on the Mediterranean style, composition, and design, in order to build modern houses without forgetting the warm feeling that the houses of the past gave, evoking the same traditional materials, renovated and sustainable.

Unique details in the villas, with selected quality materials and brands. All have living rooms and kitchens with islands that open onto terraces and gardens, on spacious plots of 1,200m2, with exceptional stylistic elements, the materials and unparalleled standards of finish.

The basement oor, optional, with a large space with patios that allow perfect lighting, open plan and prepared to give free rein to your imagination.
