Karen Muiños has more than 10 years’ experience in the real estate sector and is the Sales Manage at Lucas Fox Valencia

  • What’s been the most pivotal moment in your career, and how did it shape the way you lead?

Challenges throughout my career have shaped my leadership style, teaching me what to avoid and how to lead with empathy. Each obstacle became a lesson in building a more human and effective leadership approach. I always ask myself, “How would I want this handled?”—a mindset that has made me communicate more assertively, better understand my team, and foster an environment of trust and mutual growth.

Amanda Kendzior leads Strategic Partnerships at Lucas Fox and has more than eight years of experience in the luxury sector.

  • How has your experience as a COO influenced the way you approach building strategic partnerships in luxury real estate?

As COO of a mid-sized real estate agency, I gained a deep understanding of operations across marketing, CRM, and sales. Now at Lucas Fox, I work directly with developers and partners, leveraging that insight to build strategic collaborations. Understanding client journeys, sales motivations, and internal processes allows me to clearly showcase the value Lucas Fox brings to partnerships.

Sherezade Casado is a sales agent in Lucas Fox’s Pozuelo office. She has a background in architecture and brings an international perspective to her role having lived across the world.

  • You recently won a Lucas Fox prize based on total turnover generated by an agent. What would you say has been a key factor in your success?

In a fast-paced world where trends and information are constantly available, success comes from the ability to simplify, focus on what matters, and act with clarity. In high-end real estate, where every client expects excellence, perseverance and discipline are essential. Surrounding myself with exceptional professionals and strong leadership has been key, as collaboration and trust make all the difference. Ultimately, commitment, strategy, and genuine relationships drive success.

Marta de Juan is Lucas Fox’s Affiliate Operations Manager, and has been with the company for over 10 years, starting as a Team Assistant in the Turo Park (Barcelona) office.

  • What key skills have you developed throughout your career that have helped you in your current role?

Over more than 10 years at Lucas Fox, I have developed key skills such as strategic vision, results orientation, change management, process optimisation and team leadership. These competencies have enabled me to support the growth of affiliate offices, improve operational efficiency and provide them with the tools necessary for each market to reach its full potential.

Sable McCleery is a Team Assistant at Lucas Fox Maresme and has lived in Spain for eight years. Her background is in interior design.

  • What’s one quality you think is essential for excelling as a team assistant?

Without a doubt, organization and coordination. At any given moment, you might have five agents requesting something from you, and you must be able to compartmentalise and prioritise tasks in a calm and collected manner. Your ability to act quickly and efficiently directly impacts each agent’s success—and, by extension, the company’s. My calendar and physical notebook are my best allies in ensuring everything runs smoothly
